We saw Ed Sheeran

Seeing Ed Sheeran live has always been on my bucket list so when the opportunity to see him in Wembley arose, we both jumped at the chance.  Just like all good things we had to wait a full 12 months before the day came, but it was definitely worth the wait!

Luckily our friends managed to get tickets for the same evening so we all travelled to London together.

After a few pre-drinks at our friends house we headed to London, our first stop being Covent Garden for food and drinks.

Covent Garden is one of my favourite places in London. I just love the atmosphere, there is always something going on, and I really love people watching so it's the perfect place for me.

We had some food and drinks in TGI Fridays before heading to a cocktail bar called Dirty Martini (if you haven't been before I highly recommend it)

After lots of food and cocktails we headed to Wembley, by this time we were very excited to see Ed! I was also keen to see his support acts, Jamie Lawson & Anne-Marie.

Our seats were really high in the stadium and before arriving I wasn't expecting them to be that great. However they weren't actually that bad, and we could see the stage from were we sat.

The show itself was amazing, probably one of the best concerts I have ever been to.
I really enjoyed Anne-Marie's performance she put on a really good show, and despite the stadium not being full yet, she still managed to get the crowd up singing and dancing.

The time had finally come for Ed to come on stage and words cannot describe how much I enjoyed his performance. He performed some of his best songs, and it's incredible when you realise that it is just him and his guitar on that stage.

Despite getting stuck outside Wembley on the way home and getting back super late, this was the most amazing day and I'd love to see Ed in concert again.

If you have seen Ed recently, I hope you had the best time!

Lots of Love,

Natasha

I won tickets to BlogConLDN!

I heard about BlogConLDN earlier on in the year and was definitely interested in going! I'd just started my blog and I thought it might be cool to get some hints and tips on how best to improve my posts going forward. Being typical me though I talked myself out of going and didn't book the tickets.

I follow the organiser Scarlett on instagram so stumbled across a giveaway for tickets to attend the event a few months later. She has a very pretty instagram and lots of followers so I thought my chances of winning the tickets would be pretty slim, but I entered anyway just to try my luck.

To my amazement I was scrolling through my emails later that evening and I noticed I had an email from Scarlett herself! Somehow I had won the giveaway, and had received two tickets to attend BlogConLDN the following weekend.

Cue me thinking of the reasons why I couldn't go or shouldn't go! I didn't know anybody else going and I definitely didn't feel brave enough to mingle with new people and brands!

Luckily I have a very supportive husband  who always pushes me to better myself and get out of that comfort zone that I desperately love to be in.  He insisted it was possible for us to go to the event and that I should email Scarlett back and put our names on the guest list ASAP.

Once we had arrived at the event and got over our initial nerves it was absolutely fine.  So just like every other time I've stressed out about a social event I soon realised I was okay and COULD mingle and socialise with everybody.

The event itself was lovely, and all of the brands had put together beautiful displays on their stands, so I really enjoyed snapping some really cute photos.

The first brand I spotted was  Johnny Loves Rosie,  they had some super cute accessories and the girls on the stand were super friendly so that made me feel at ease. They are a premium lifestyle, jewellery and accessories brand and have some beautiful items to add to your collections.

The next brand I spotted was Light Bites (they were giving away sample crisps, so can you really blame me?!) The girls on the stand were lovely and probably could tell that crisps are the way to my heart as they kept offering me bags to take away with me!

The great thing about these is that they are a healthier snack but still taste amazing!

One of my next favourite stands was the Chelsea Candle stand, as a massive fan of candles this was right up my street! The perfect thing about these candles is that they are made from 100% soy wax and you can also recycle the votive glasses they come in.

There was definitely lovely smells coming from this stand, and you could also get the labels personalised so make wonderful gifts for friends and family.

The Tea Rose London stand was also beautiful and everything was a variation of pink. The stand was very flowery, so I really enjoyed talking pictures of their accessories. Also they were giving away the cutest macaroons so that for me was a massive thumbs up!

The pouches were so cute, and I really wanted the 'My Cup of Tea' pouch. I'm not a massive handbag girl but they were lovely and you could tell they were such good quality just by looking at them!

I'm so glad that Robert insisted we went to the event and I got to mingle with new people as it gave me a massive confidence boost and it is so important to get out of your comfort zone every now and then!

I can't wait for my next blogging event now! If you went to BlogConLDN then leave a comment below, I'd love to hear what you thought of the day and who your favourite brands were.

Lots of Love
